Felippe Silveira is Co-founder of MOWE. His love for Design and Animation began in college where he got his Master's in Motion Graphics. Although creativity has always defined him, he became increasingly involved in Business Development since opening MOWE and started connecting with other entrepreneurs.

Felippe is a citizen of the world, was born in the hot Rio de Janeiro, lived in beautiful Barcelona, later opened his business to sunny Florida, and is now enjoying the great food and wine of Portugal. You can find him in many places, and he’d love to connect with you in any of them. This is what brings him energy and what he loves doing.

Raff Marques is an Art Director based in Barcelona and Co-founder of MOWE, a creative studio focused on Design & Animation that works with agencies and applies strategy, storytelling and motion graphics to fulfill their innovative ideas.

Matchmaking sums up what Raff does daily. He mixes and matches talented professionals, trends, ideas, culture, and much more to deliver the right message to the right people.

To Raff, an Art Director is a beautiful and tasty cake made out of cultural knowledge, emotional intelligence, and powerful skills of communication. Then, you add the topping of your flavor – which in his case is Design and Animation.
